1. Initial Consultation & Estimate

• Estimate & Agreement: Based on our discussion, we provide a comprehensive estimate outlining the scope, timeline, and costs involved. Once you review and approve the estimate, and make a deposit, we proceed to the next steps.

2. Pre-Production Preparation

• Pre-Filming Guidance: We guide you through the preparation process to ensure everything is set for a smooth filming day. This includes discussing logistics, finalizing scripts or storyboards, scheduling, and coordinating any necessary resources or permissions.

• Checklist & Coordination: We provide a checklist to help you prepare any materials or assets needed for the shoot. Our team will coordinate with you to confirm details and address any last-minute concerns.

3. Filming

• On-Site Production: On the day of filming, our professional team will handle all aspects of the production process, from setup to capturing the footage. We ensure that everything runs efficiently and that we capture the highest quality content.

• Client Involvement: During filming, we maintain open communication with you to ensure your vision is being accurately represented and make any necessary adjustments in real time.

4. Post-Production

• Editing & Post-Production: After filming, we begin the post-production phase, which typically takes about 2 to 6 weeks. This involves editing the footage, integrating graphics and effects, and syncing with the final audio mix provided by you.

• Final Audio Mix: Once you supply the final audio mix, we incorporate it into the video, ensuring that the sound quality and synchronization meet our high standards.

5. Review & Revisions

• Presentation of Drafts: We present the initial drafts of your video(s) on a private review page. This secure platform allows you to view the content and provide feedback.

• Revision Process: You have 1 to 2 rounds of revisions, depending on the initial agreement. Feedback is submitted directly on the private page, where you can comment on specific timeframes within the video. This ensures we understand exactly where and what changes are needed.

• Final Approval: Once revision/s are completed and you are satisfied with the final product, we prepare the project package for delivery.

6. Delivery & Follow-Up

• Final Delivery: We deliver the final video files in your preferred format. You’ll receive master files suitable for various platforms and uses.

• Ongoing Support: After delivery, we remain available for any additional support or questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and help you leverage the video effectively for your needs.
