Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service outline the key aspects of our working relationship with clients. This policy includes:

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cami Films. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline our policies regarding payment, cancellations, refunds, and other important aspects of our services. Please review them carefully.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure our services. This deposit must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event or start date.

  • Remaining Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on the agreed-upon dates as specified in the contract. If Cami Films is unable to fulfill the agreement due to exceptional circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Booking Party:

    • Within 3 Days of Contract Signing: The booking party is entitled to a full refund of the 50% deposit if the contract is canceled within 3 days of signing.

    • After 3 Days: Cancellation or modification of the contract after the 3-day window may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded within two (2) weeks of contract cancellation.

  • Cancellation by Cami Films:

    • Due to Circumstances Within Our Control: If Cami Films is unable to provide one of its services due to unexpected circumstances within our control, a full refund will be promptly issued for that specific service.

    • Due to Client’s Circumstances: If the service cannot be completed due to circumstances caused by the client, Cami Films will not be held accountable for any reimbursement. Re-booking will be permitted with additional charges.

4. Booking and Rush Fees

  • Advance Booking: For events such as concerts, live streaming, and live recording, a minimum of 21 days advance booking is required. If booking is made with less notice, a rush fee of 25% of the total project amount will be applied.

5. Responsibilities and Delays

  • Venue Access and Equipment Issues: Cami Films is not responsible for delays in venue access, electrical problems, or any extension of event hours due to circumstances beyond our control. Additional charges may apply for extra working hours required in such cases.

6. Notification and Reimbursement

  • Inability to Meet Terms: If Cami Films is unable to meet the terms of this agreement, we will provide notification at least two weeks before the scheduled event. A full reimbursement will be processed within two weeks of the notification.

7. Late Fees

  • Payment Delays: If the client fails to meet specified due dates for payments, a late fee of 10% will be applied to the outstanding amount. This fee will be enforced 24 to 48 hours following the original due date.

8. Legal Proceedings

  • Non-Payment: If the client fails to make the designated payment within three months and does not reach a new agreement, Cami Films reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Policy Updates: Cami Films reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to new or ongoing projects as specified.
